You know all the songs Rhinanon, Free Fallin’, and Stop Draggin’ My Heart Around to name just a few. The hits keep coming all night and we want you to sing and dance the night away. Stevies Petty formed through the shared love of the music of these two amazing artists. The musicians are passionate about this music and dedicated to creating an incredible show bringing you the spirit and the magic of Stevie Nicks and Tom Petty together again.

Teri Alison

Teri Alison (Lead Vocals... Our Stevie Nicks)

Teri may not have been born on stage… but it was close! It’s rumored that she danced before she walked – Always singing, performing for family and wearing out the needle playing songs over and over! At eight, she sang Rhinestone Cowboy with a local band on stage for a large crowd. That little taste of the state hooked her. She watched every show about music… the Osmonds, Soul Train, Solid Gold, and American Bandstand. Teri sang all the time, at home, with friends, in choir, and just about anyplace she could get away with it.

A friend suggested she try the Weeded Warriors program at Skip’s Music and join a band. It was a success – she’s still hooked on performing. The Warrior band provided her a second shot fronting a band and she kicked it off with Hit Me with your Best Shot. Ever since, Teri has been giving it her best shot fronting several bands including Unlicensed Therapy, Straight Shooter, Press Play, Invincible, and Four Barrel. In Stevies Petty Teri pays tribute to Stevie Nicks by singing her magical and haunting songs you love.

Jim Muck

Jim Muck (Lead Vocals... Our Tom Petty)

Jim grew up singing in church and playing various musical instruments from elementary school through college. After college music took the back burner as the pressure of career and life took over. When Jim realized how much he missed making music, and at the suggestion from John Balestrini, he tried out for the Skip’s Music Weekend Warriors program. Singing in front of a band was a dream come true and started Jim on the journey that led him to Stevies Petty. Always a fan of Tom Petty especially how well his songs tell vivid stories Jim loves to bring Tom’s incredible music to the audience.

Thomas Murphy

Thomas Murphy (Lead Guitar and Music Director)

Thomas started playing guitar at age 10, by 20 he was attending the Musicians Institute in Hollywood California. He studied with many guitar greats including Paul Gilbert, Robben Ford, and Ross Bolton. After graduating he started teaching guitar - something he has enjoyed doing for the past 25 years.

Thomas has founded and played in many bands over the last 30 years of playing guitar. He is a passionate musician and spent countless hours to capture and duplicate the sound and raw emotion of Tom Petty and Stevie Nicks’ music. Thomas founded Stevies Petty as a way to share the awesome music created by these two unforgettable artists.

John Balestrini

John Balestrini (Bass Guitar)

When his young sons challenged him to learn bass alongside them John eagerly rose to the occasion and jumped in head first, quickly learning the instrument. The bass just clicked and felt natural in his hands. John connected to the groove, the rock and the roll of bass and soon his six string guitar was gathering dust. Tom Petty and Stevie Nicks provided the soundtrack to John’s teenage years and the bass lines are irresitable.

Christina Hills

Christina Hills (Backing Vocals)

Christina pretty much lived the Glee Club lifestyle growing up. Honing her harmonic skills in competitive choir groups, musical theatre, and acappella groups from elementary to college. Since 2015 Christina has provided backup vocals and occasional lead in a Johnny Cash Tribute band, a pop and rock cover band, and kirtan group (eastern meditation music). Today, Christina’s luscious harmonies add richness and depth to Stevies Petty performances and is key to bringing the song’s to life.

Chris Sarga

Chris Saraga (Keyboards)

Chris handles keys, synths, and anything in between. A former horn player turned keyboard shredder, he’s been hooked on synths since the 80’s and brings cinematic drama and rock power to the stage. Inspired by legends like David Bryan, Yanni, and Jordan Rudess, Chris delivers bold tones, custom patches, and solos that turn heads - sometimes played with his elbow. He’s completed in major film scoring contests and believes keyboards should command just as much spotlight as guitars. Offstage, he’s known for wild shirts, mutton chops and running the Line 6Ⓡ HelixⓇ Family User Group. Oh, and yes - he sings backup and shreds guitar too.

Mark Anderson

Mark Anderson (Drums)

Mark holds down the groove with precision, power, and just the right amount of swing. A lifelong drummer, he cut his teeth in high school and college bands before diving into the worlds of rock, funk, and jazz. Inspired by legends like Steve Gadd, Neil Peart, and Tony Williams, Mark blends finesse with fire—laying down tight pocket grooves, explosive fills, and dynamic textures that elevate every track. Whether it’s a driving backbeat or a delicate brush pattern, Mark brings deep musicality and sharp instincts to the kit. Offstage, he’s known for his encyclopedic knowledge of drum gear, coffee obsession, and keeping the band on time—literally.
